Lock House Covid 19 Policy

In line with this policy safety protocols will be followed.

Occupancy levels will be reduced to enable a 24hrs gap between guests' stay.

Extra cleaning and sanitising will be operating in all public areas and sanitising equipment is available in all areas. At the moment the accommodation will not allow more than one family unit to stay so I will endeavour to book no less than 2 night bookings.

All laundry and cleaning of rooms will follow current guidelines.

Government Guidelines regarding guests showing symptoms is as follows:

If a guest is displaying signs of Covid19 virus while staying in overnight accommodation for a permitted reason, they should inform the accommodation provider, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission, and request a test. If they are confirmed to have Covid 19, they should return home if they reasonably can. They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. If a guest cannot reasonably return home (because they are not well enough to travel) their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health professional. Guests should follow government guidance in dealing with a possible or confirmed Corona Virus infection and once they have returned home should continue to follow the guidelines.

If a guest cannot return home they will be expected to pay all accommodation costs.
